Anterior Case Requirements

FOR TIMELY DELIVERY AND GUARANTEE OF FIT, OCCLUSION AND SHADE

SCAN: Full-arch scans should have clear margins and no distortions. The use of impression cord is highly recommended.

PROVISIONAL SCANS: In order to assure proper occlusion, scans of the patient's provisionals are REQUIRED. If a provisional scan is NOT received by LexaDent Studio, any occlusal adjustment and return shipping MAY BE SUBJECT TO FEES.
Note: A diagnostic wax-up is not a replacement for a temporary model.

BITE REGISTRATIONS: For a digital bite, provide accurate scans of the temporaries against the opposing arch with as much tissue information as possible.

SHADE: Please include the final desired shade and stump shade information. Any dark areas, metal posts, or similar details must be noted on the Rx. Pictures MUST be provided.

PICTURES: Pictures of the stump shade and temporaries in the mouth are highly recommended.
RECOMMENDED PHOTOS - AT LEAST 5 RECOMMENDED - 

*Take FULL FACE smiling photo.

*Take CLOSE UP on teeth smiling photo.

*Take 2 more photos of same close up smile but with patient slightly turned to the left approx. 30° and to the right approx. 30°. 

*Then with lips and cheeks retracted to make more visibl, take photos of desired shape tabs in incisal edge to edge orientation with shade indication CLEARLY VISIBLE.

*****Please ensure adequate lighting and that no shaded areas are present on shade tabs*****

ADDITIONAL PICTURE RECOMMENDATIONS - Use of a gray card in photos is also highly recommended.
